• The listed price on the website applies to the Ho Chi Minh City area. For customers in other provinces, shipping costs will be calculated additionally depending on the distance and delivery location.

2. Payment regulations

• Customers can pay directly when purchasing or according to the agreement in the signed contract.
• Payment method: cash or transfer to INPA's account.
• In case of any change in account information, the company will officially notify in writing.

3. Shipping and delivery policy

• Goods are delivered at INPA factory.
• If customers need home delivery, the company will support shipping and charge additional fees depending on the area.

4. Warranty policy

• INPA products are warranted for 5 - 10 years depending on each product line.

5. Complaint handling process

• INPA receives and resolves all complaints related to products provided by the company.
