INPA Warranty Policy

At INPA, customer benefits are always put first. We are committed to providing transparent and clear warranty policies, helping customers feel absolutely secure throughout the product usage process.

1. Scope of warranty policy

Products manufactured and supplied by INPA on the market include:

  • Supermarket shelves, display shelves
  • V-hole shelves, medium-duty shelves, heavy-duty shelves
  • Industrial warehouse shelves, chemical shelves
  • Supermarket equipment, sales software

All products are guaranteed in quality with a long-term and professional warranty policy.

2. Shelf warranty policy

  • Display shelves, supermarket shelves: warranty up to 5 years.
  • Warehouse shelves, industrial shelves: warranty up to 24 months.

Immediately after completing the transportation and installation process, the warranty policy will be automatically activated. You will receive an invoice and warranty card with genuine INPA stamps affixed to each shelf set.

Note: Customers need to keep the warranty card and not peel off the stamp themselves to ensure their rights.

In particular, INPA's team of technicians is ready to support 24/7, with on-site warranty, without incurring any additional costs.

3. Supermarket equipment warranty policy

Products such as shopping carts, supermarket baskets, security gates, magnetic tags, barcode scanners, sales software, etc. are all warranted according to the manufacturer's genuine policy, ensuring reputation and quality.

4. Cases where warranty is not applicable

The warranty policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • The product has expired the warranty period stated on the warranty card or stamp.
  • The warranty stamp is no longer intact, showing signs of peeling or damage.
  • Customers arbitrarily disassemble or repair without instructions from INPA technicians.
  • Products damaged by external forces (impact, overload, mechanical deformation).
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fires or other objective causes.
