Product return policy

In order to ensure the rights of customers as well as improve service quality, we apply a return policy for cases where the product has an unrepairable problem or does not match the committed information. Customers will be able to exchange for a new product of the same type when meeting the following conditions:

• The delivered product does not match the order that the customer placed.
• The product has a different design and features than the description on the website.
• The product is damaged, deformed or shows signs of being used before the customer receives it.
• Return requests must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Note: Returned products must have intact labels, packaging and accessories, not be disassembled or lost.
