What is folding pallet?

Folding pallet is iron pallet used to store goods in warehouses, with the feature of stacking 3 - 5 layers high. Each layer represents a shelf level. Even when not in use, they can be folded to save space and easily move flexibly.

Standard structure of Folding Pallets

The folding iron pallet structure is a metal frame formed from two parts: the base and the pallet foot frame. Specifically:

• Base: Is the point where goods are placed, with the base <50mm above the floor. The base is a concave-cut isosceles triangle to help stabilize the 4 tops of the cylindrical legs when pallets are stacked on top of each other.
• Leg frame: There are 4 solid steel pillars connected to the base through screw details. Additional braces can be attached between the leg frames to increase the load-bearing capacity of the pallet.
• With the above structural characteristics, pallets can be easily stacked on top of each other without shaking. Besides, the principle of screw connection between the base and the leg frame also creates favorable conditions for users to fold the pallet when not in use.
