3. Very Narrow Aisle rack

Very Narrow Aisle rack (abbreviated VNA) is a warehouse shelf model improved from Selective rack, which is a heavy storage shelf system with narrow aisles. Estimated average aisle width between VNA shelves is 1.8 - 2.2m. Using less floor space for aisles helps VNA store goods at maximum capacity.

4. Drive in rack

5. Push back rack

The sleds are a place to fix pallets, as well as create conditions for pallets to move smoothly into the middle of the shelf rail without forklifts having to go deep inside. The Push Back racking system is also designed with an inclined slope, to create magnetic inertia to help pallets enter and exit the racking system more conveniently.

The process of importing and exporting goods on Push back racks takes place as follows: When the first pallet is placed on the racking system, under the thrust of the forklift, the sled moves the pallet back one position deep. On the contrary, after the pallet at the top of the shelf is taken out, under a certain tilt on the shelf frame, the pallet behind it will move towards the top of the shelf to make it more convenient for forklifts to pick up goods.

6. Pallet Flow rack

In fact, flow pallet shelves have many similarities to Drive in in terms of structure and operating principle. However, the special feature of this type of shelf is the roller conveyor system equipped on each shelf rail. This point helps the process of pallets moving in and out of shelves go faster.

In addition, flow racks are also designed with a 3 - 5 degree slope similar to Push back so that the process of moving pallets has more favorable conditions. This line operates according to the LIFO method, which means the tilt of the shelf will be high at the input end and gradually lower at the output direction.

7. Radio Shuttle rack

Radio Shuttle semi automatic warehouse shelf application, also known as Shuttle robot shelf, is currently quite popular in the Vietnamese market. This is a smart storage solution with the application of shuttle racks (Shuttle robots) that directly participate in rotating goods inside the shelf rails.

Robots operating inside the shelves not only help the process of importing and exporting goods in the warehouse take place quickly. 8. Pallet Mobile rack

Mobile rack is a semi automatic warehouse shelf with an operating principle that allows the shelf to automatically open/close the aisle system between rows of shelves. Through a smart software system, the Mobile rack frame can integrate sensors and adjust to expand or contract to form aisles.

10. Mold rack

The structure of the supporting arms helps the shelf distribute and fix goods more safely. Normally, the maximum length of each supporting arm is up to 2.5m. 12. Medium duty rack

Medium duty rack is capable of storing goods of about 200 - 500kg/floor. Goods are loaded onto floors using pallets or boards. The nature of medium duty shelves is a miniature version of other types of warehouse shelves such as Double Deep or Selective.

13. V hole iron shelves
